Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to join our team at THE SMART RENOVATIONS INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction management or leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
