Job Title: Construction General Manager

The Smart Renovations Inc is seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to lead our construction operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Allocate resources, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Select, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of construction professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to excel.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial controls are in place to maintain profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and QuickBooks.
