Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service in our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and company policies
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in food service management an asset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects
