Corporate/Commercial Transactional Lawyer Position

We are seeking an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer with a strong track record of closing deals and building strong client relationships. If you are looking for a firm that offers sophisticated clients, collegial teammates, hybrid options, and a low billable hours environment, this role would be perfect for you.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of experience, ready to run deals independently
  • Knowledgeable in various sections of corporate/commercial law
  • Skilled in closing deals and building strong client relationships
