Executive Kitchen Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, food preparers, and dishwashers
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Develop and implement menu plans, specials, and promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage supplies, and minimize waste
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
