Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Top Beauty Nail Supply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of our inventory management systems, including the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Train and supervise a team of inventory control staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that our warehouse is well-stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure that our warehouse operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and accuracy in performing tasks and maintaining records.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a warehouse environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
  • May be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
