Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at CANADA LIMITEE. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads.
