About the Role:
SUKHZ TRANSPORT INC. is seeking a skilled Truck Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our trucking operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers and other transportation staff
- Monitor and control the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Develop and implement procedures to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in transportation operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
