Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst III to join our team at TD Securities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing deep technical subject matter expertise and analysis to support business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and analysis to support business initiatives
  • Identify and investigate process exceptions and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Lead work streams and projects, including project management and coordination
  • Communicate project status and escalate issues to senior management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and services
  • Provide accurate and thorough analysis of key process drivers and root causes of operational issues
  • Accountable for cross-functional initiatives to deliver value to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide upward feedback and analysis, developing and executing on reporting functions
  • Maintain and develop working relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the operating environment, business processes, and procedures
  • Experienced level of the role with general business and operational knowledge or related skills required
  • Ability to execute on ad-hoc standard and non-standard processes and requests of medium to high complexity
  • Identifies and investigates non-standard operational/reporting/process issues
  • Provides recommendations or escalates issues to appropriate area
  • Provides regular analysis and/or reporting to support business partners, functional areas, or centres of expertise
Education and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree/college diploma preferred and/or
  • 5+ year relevant experience
