The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is a critical part of our team, working closely with hiring managers and centers to drive our recruitment efforts and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay up-to-date on current and future hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to implement best practices in recruitment and develop a competency-based candidate evaluation and selection process.
- Contribute to the creation of job descriptions and postings on various recruitment platforms.
- Search for qualified candidates using a range of methods, including computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, and team member referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process, including resume reviews, phone screens, candidate interviews, and preparation of new team member files for handover to the onboarding team.
- Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process and communicate with candidates, including sending interview invitations, job offers, and application status updates.
