Department Store Director

UTTHAYA'S SUPERMARKET is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Store President to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our department store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the department store team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the department store, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including marketing campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.
- Financial Management: Manage the department store's budget, ensuring financial targets are met, and making recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Proficient in MS Office and inventory control software.
The Department Store President will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a large workload and high expectations for performance. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
