Department Store Director

UTTHAYA'S SUPERMARKET is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Store President to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our department store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to store staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations: Oversee the management of store operations, including inventory control, stockroom management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of sales associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a department store setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
