They will also be responsible for assigning tasks, preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters, and resolving customer complaints and supply shortages.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring efficient inventory management, and ordering merchandise as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers
  • Hire, train, and motivate staff members
