Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team at Voltz Auto Sales Incorporated. As a key member of our repair shop, you will oversee the repair and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain work space, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Repair and replace body components, doors, and frames using welding and metal cutting techniques
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces, ensuring a high-gloss finish
  • Inspect and test vehicles to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in auto body repair or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds
