Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Late Night Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • College diploma or equivalent education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a physically demanding environment.
