As a Senior Associate in our Digital Marketing & eCommerce team, you'll play a key role in shaping the online shopping experience for iconic brands like Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Fisher-Price.

About the Opportunity

This fast-paced role offers a unique chance to drive sales and elevate the consumer journey for Mattel's global portfolio. Reporting to the Manager, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to lead our retail media strategy, manage the Mattel Shop product catalogue, curate compelling content, and oversee CRM efforts.

Your Impact
  • Retail Media Strategies: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Marketing teams to create retail media strategies aligned with global best practices and local insights.
  • Media Campaigns: Partner with external agencies to execute media campaigns, optimizing performance and budgets.
  • Product Catalogue Management: Manage the product catalogue and content for the Mattel Shop, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • CRM Efforts: Develop and maintain a year-long CRM calendar to engage customers across Mattel's brands.
  • eCommerce Opportunities: Identify eCommerce opportunities to position Mattel as a leader with retail partners and drive online sales.
  • Social Media Activations: Plan and execute social media activations to support retailer promotions.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Direct To Consumer (DTC), or digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in digital or retail marketing, with a deep understanding of the consumer journey.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities and turn data into insights.
  • A quick learner with a sharp eye for detail and a creative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in CPG, toys, or consumer-facing industries (asset).
  • Familiarity with SEM/PPC, CRM tools, and retail media platforms (asset).
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
