Job Description
  • The Business Analyst will work closely with subject matter experts to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.
  • This involves serving as a conduit between business, external vendors, and IT through requirements gathering and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead interviews and sessions with subject matter experts to understand problems and define business objectives.
  2. Identify key performance indicators, business objectives, dependencies, and interrelationships.
  3. Analyze data and provide recommendations for resolving complex or ambiguous business problems.
Required Qualifications
  • A post-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in organization change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
