About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Director to join our team at Métivier Groupe Conseil Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic management of global supply chains, with a proven track record of success in organizations that market consumer products worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of 7 managers responsible for supplies, production planning, warehousing, inventory management, transportation, distribution, and logistics management across 30+ countries.
  2. Develop and implement strategies aimed at excellence, governance, and achievement of corporate objectives in a context of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  3. Collaborate with operational sectors and subsidiaries to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
  4. Communicate effectively with peers, senior management, and major clients to drive business results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. More than 10 years of relevant experience in strategic management of global supply chains.
  2. A strong understanding of corporate strategies and ability to implement effective action plans.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a servant-type leadership approach.
  4. A proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving supply chain efficiency.
