At Expeditors International, we're looking for a skilled Global Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, growing revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement global strategic business plans in alignment with customer and company goals.
  2. Penetrate customer organizations at all levels, developing relationships beyond the main point of contact.
  3. Focus on product and GEO diversification by owning, being accountable for, and managing your sales pipeline to ensure revenue growth.
  4. Improve your personal knowledge of customers' supply chains and industries to offer value-added services.
  5. Initiate value-added solutions based on Expeditors' service offerings and technology.
  6. Establish systems requirements to improve customer connectivity and overall customer service.
  7. Ensure global visibility and collaboration across Expeditors' network.
  8. Follow established bid processes and engage key stakeholders.
  9. Create and deliver effective customer business reviews.
  10. Establish and monitor performance standards according to agreed KPIs.
  11. Highlight and escalate customers at risk.
  12. Manage yields and rates in line with company expectations.
  13. Ensure customer data is accurate and consistent.
  14. Achieve and maintain acceptable scoring of related AM measurements.

Qualifications:

  1. University or equivalent business qualifications.
  2. Minimum 3 years Expeditors' or industry experience.
  3. Knowledge of Expeditors' product and services.
  4. Knowledge of required Expeditors' operating systems.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  6. Ability to communicate up and down management hierarchy with equal effectiveness.
  7. Strong presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Charismatic with an ability to connect.
  9. Bilingual in French required.
