Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor service levels, productivity, and efficiency within own function and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Actively seek opportunities for improvement and automation within the testing process.
  • Acquire and apply expertise in quality engineering, providing guidance and direction to others.
  • Identify and recommend standard practices applicable to the discipline.
  • Adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging issues, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shift from finding defects to preventing them.
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control.
  • Lead work streams and serve as a project lead or subject matter expert.
  • Analyze end-to-end solutions and recommend test-specific solutions.
Requirements:
  • Test data management experience.
  • Mainframe knowledge.
  • Data mining experience.
  • DB2 Database.
  • IMS Database.
  • Mainframe developer experience.
  • Mainframe testing.
  • Coding experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous Banking or FI experience.
  • Java development skills.
