You will oversee the full recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to negotiating offers, and work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Your expertise in conflict resolution, change management, and policy development will be invaluable in this role.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably internationally. They should be certified human resource designations and possess excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and material. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
The HR Manager will play a key role in coordinating various HR activities, including performance reviews, succession planning, salary reviews, policy updates, and providing guidance to leadership on various employee development topics. You will work closely with finance to conduct payroll-related items and assist with HR administration (benefits plans and contracts, HRIS support, reporting and audits).
