We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the University Hospital of Northern BC. As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and nursing practice activities
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
Post-graduate courses (within the last five years) appropriate to service assignment or equivalent combination of training and experience
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
Ability to promote safe, competent, patient care
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the healthcare team
