Northern Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a specialty education role. As a Registered Nurse in this position, you will be responsible for providing compassionate patient care and delivering exceptional nursing services in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, competent, and individualized care to emergency patients
- Develop and maintain skills, knowledge, and attitudes required for emergency nursing
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient-centered care
- Promote professionalism in emergency nursing
Requirements:
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and students
- Clinical judgment and critical thinking skills for collecting and interpreting data
- Completion of the Northern Health Regional Emergency Department Education Program (REDEP)
