Overview
CarePartners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in delivering quality healthcare to patients in home and community care settings. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with activities of daily living, such as personal care, household tasks, and medication assistance, under the supervision of our Personal Support Manager.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care, household tasks, and medication assistance
- Promote a safe environment by demonstrating proper body mechanics and safe transfer techniques
- Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support to patients
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and vehicle
- A valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program
- Current vulnerable sector check screening and a clear background check
