About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Trades Helper to join our team at Always Evolving Contracting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to various locations.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Assist the medical examiner in charge with tasks as needed.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, contributing to a clean and efficient work process.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the weight handling capacity is up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
