About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 30-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the financial operations of the company
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
