About the Role

  • Provide work direction and technical assistance to a small- to medium-sized client processing support team.
  • Investigate and resolve complex problems in client accounts or company records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and communicate needs and issues internally.
  • Participate in processing updates to client accounts and company records.
  • Collaborate with technology and systems teams to ensure efficient systems and risk mitigations.

Requirements

  • High school/secondary school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry a plus.
  • Minimum years of total work experience preferred.
