Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Technician to join our team at CIUSSS du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. As an Administrative Technician, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support to the management team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Diploma in Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
