About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Operator to join our team at ONxpress Operations Inc. as a key member of our maintenance and repair team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of building systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building equipment and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve maintenance and repair issues.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance and repair efficiency.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repair.
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Building operator certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
