About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Parkdale Hostellerie. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Housekeeping: Stock linen closet, handle and report lost and found items, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, flexibility, and reliability in your work.
  • Screening Questions: Be available for shift or on-call work, available for the advertised start date, legally able to work in Canada, reside in proximity to the advertised location, and have previous experience in this field of employment.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Attendant at The Parkdale Hostellerie, you will work in a fast-paced hotel environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 18 to 32 hours of work per week
