Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team at STE ROSE HOTEL MOTEL. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the front desk area.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and hire staff
- Conduct training sessions
- Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
- Perform front desk duties
- Prepare marketing plans
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Establish work schedules
- Manage events
In addition to your front desk responsibilities, you will also be expected to provide support to our guests, including offering assistance with special needs and providing information about local attractions and services. Requirements:- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
