We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group in Cornwall, Ontario. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time (or part-time) opportunity with a competitive compensation package. You will work in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with other rehabilitation professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- 3-5 years of work experience in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting (new graduates welcome to apply).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
