At Geet Glass and Closet Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality glass installations for our clients. Your primary duties will include determining the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each project, reading blueprints and specifications to understand work requirements, and measuring, marking, and cutting glass to precise specifications. You will also be responsible for positioning and securing panes in frames, assembling and installing prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products, and installing door and window hardware. Additionally, you will be required to repair glass doors and other glass structures, transport cases of glass, and estimate costs and materials. Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine type of glass, frames, and material required
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass
  • Position and secure panes in frame
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products
  • Install door, window, and other hardware
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures
  • Transport cases of glass
  • Estimate costs and materials

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
