- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Monitor and interpret cosmetic regulations globally, ensuring compliance.
- Manage regulatory documentation, including product information files and ingredient compliance reviews.
- Oversee the regulatory submission process for new product registrations or notifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in product development, formulation, or regulatory affairs within the cosmetics industry.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple products and tight timelines.
