Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and help us uplevel our business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize Salesforce, and provide ongoing support and training to users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business requirements into efficient and effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
  • Work collaboratively with functional business units and help translate business requirements into logical technical designs; document technical solutions to support business work processes.
  • Use advanced declarative and programmatic tools to design, build, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions.
  • Build and maintain technical solution documentation.
  • Assist the Analytics team with integrating reporting between Tableau and Salesforce.
  • Serve as the administrator for the Salesforce environment and all its associated applications and tools.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration with Salesforce implementations in a complex B2B environment.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Database, Data Modeling & Analytics experience.
  • Required Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong experience in UI/IX design of Salesforce platform.
  • Strong understanding of flows and ability to assess the impact of new requirements on a Salesforce instance.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component, Javascript, and SQL.
  • Release management experience or exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization; Experience working in a SCRUM or Agile methodology.
