Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to help us uplevel our business by maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize Salesforce, and provide ongoing support and training to users.
  • Translate complex business requirements into efficient and effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
  • Collaborate with functional business units to translate business requirements into logical technical designs.
  • Use advanced declarative and programmatic tools to design, build, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions.
  • Build and maintain technical solution documentation.
  • Assist the Analytics team with integrating reporting between Tableau and Salesforce.
  • Serve as the administrator for the Salesforce environment and all its associated applications and tools.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration with Salesforce implementations in a complex B2B environment.
  • Strong experience in UI/IX design of Salesforce platform.
  • Strong understanding of flows and ability to assess the impact of new requirements on a Salesforce instance.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component, Javascript, and SQL.
  • Release management experience or exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization.

In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO).
