- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Collaborating with colleagues to create effective legal strategies
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on issues related to Alberta laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files, records, and documentation
- Staying informed about changes in legislation, legal trends, and precedents relevant to Alberta
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Called to the Bar in a Canadian province and licensed to practice law
- 0-3 years of experience handling personal injury files
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, with opportunities for commission pay. The position also includes benefits such as dental care, extended health care, and paid time off.
