The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training or arranging for training of staff, authorizing payments by cheque, ordering merchandise, authorizing return of merchandise, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising and co-ordinating activities of workers.

As a Retail Store Manager at Your Spot Convenience Store Ltd., you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods. You will be required to supervise a team of 3-4 people, but the potential is there to manage a larger team of up to 10 people. This is a permanent full-time position working 32 to 40 hours per week.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are a team player who is organized and enjoys working in a retail environment, we encourage you to apply.
