We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at H&S Contracting Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating sales staff, assigning sales workers to duties and preparing work schedules, resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, and performing other sales-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate sales staff to ensure effective sales operations
  • Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules to maximize productivity
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
  • May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries etc.
  • May perform other sales-related duties not mentioned above but required by the job
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Sales skills and ability to coach selling techniques to team members
  • Interpersonal skills and a full understanding of professional ethics, decorum and social skills required for extensive interaction with customers, and business partners
  • Ability to work well under time pressure and/or demanding schedules
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team positioned to exceed targets
