Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas within our organization.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our organization.
  • Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate our switchboard or telephone system, answering calls and relaying messages to the appropriate staff members.
  • Record Keeping: Record and relay information accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, performing financial transactions in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, maintaining a organized and efficient work environment.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, arranging teleconferences as needed.
  • Financial Calculations: Calculate billing charges accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitoring: Monitor mobile radio or telephone communications, staying alert to potential issues or concerns.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.Requirements
