Responsibilities:
• Support managers in addressing employee behavior and performance concerns.
• Provide guidance on conflict resolution and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Conduct workplace investigations as needed.
• Promote employee development planning and succession initiatives.
• Facilitate performance reviews and guide effective feedback delivery.
• Assist with workforce plans and analyze data to inform staffing strategies.
• Collaborate with leaders to forecast needs and develop solutions.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and provide HR advice to align with business goals.
• Support organizational change and cultural development initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• HR certification (CHRP, CHRL) considered an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English considered an asset.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within Canada.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess issues and recommend solutions.
• Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
