About the Job

Brink's is currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Kelowna, British Columbia team. As a key member of our management team, you will have the opportunity to oversee various lines of business, utilizing your leadership skills to drive productivity and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple business units, ensuring that productivity and efficiency targets are met.
  • Collaborate with other branch managers to develop strong relationships with all employees, promoting engagement and well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with operating and security standards.
  • Promote a safe working environment by enforcing Health and Safety policies.
  • Support operational activities, including fleet maintenance and reporting.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Action-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in PC applications and able to manage conflicts effectively.
  • Able to set priorities, meet goals, and make accurate logical decisions.
  • Strong internal and external customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Able to obtain a firearms license (Possession and Acquisition License, Restricted and Non-Restricted).
  • Flexible work hours may be required.

What We Offer:
