Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at B.C. Ltd. dba Dairy Queen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The physical demands of this role include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
