Responsibilities
  • Install window treatments, including shades and blinds, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to company standards.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, following safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, applying knowledge of installation procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
