Warehouse Operations Manager

Alberta Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity targets.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Conduct performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and guidance.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels and support operations.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- English language proficiency.
