Warehouse Operations Manager

Alberta Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is accurately tracked and managed
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Permanent employment with a regular 40-hour workweek
- Fluency in English
The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
