Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in managing wide support organizations.

  • Excellent communication skills, people interaction, and customer-facing abilities.
  • Project management experience with the ability to drive the team through changes in processes and multitask between daily duties and long-term activities.
  • Considerable knowledge of laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to corporate service agreement practices.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and professional skills to deliver the highest level of response to our customers.

  • Travel may be required.
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
