Job Summary

Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Construction Crew Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction crew, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other project supervisors and managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Prepare accident reports and conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction operations and management principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and overtime requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to relocate, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
