About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Analyst Programmer to join our Information Technology Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Java and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and programming guides.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Java and related technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our software solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
