About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Analyst Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Information Technology Department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex software systems using Java, Spring Framework, and Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet user needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and secure.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software development processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
